How Is To Replace Negative Emotions With Positive?

Almost all suppressed negative emotions “settle” in subconsciousness of the person, and it is very difficult to take out them from there! And the most unpleasant that any such negative emotion can become the main in behavior of the person.

Furthermore the suppressed negative emotions lead to various diseases.

Therefore it is so important to be able not to suppress negative emotions, and to replace with positive emotions. And with it will help to you the following exercise:

1. Write down in a notebook all emotions known to you. There is a whole scale of various emotional shades, write down everything. As soon as you will feel excitement, strong emotion, immediately get a notebook and advance what emotion has disturbed you. When you go in transport, to you somebody told something very unpleasant there, and you instead of arguing and being nervous, get a notebook and speak to yourself: “What there emotion has now visited me? Aha, anger has visited, with a contempt shade. I put quantity of visiting for a month. Only 30. Yes I am the kindest person”. After you learn to define emotions unmistakably (it will leave some months for it), start following exercise.

2. You should learn to cause all emotions under the list into yourself. You go in the same bus, everything is silent, anybody does not offend you, and it is a pity that only time passes in vain. Get a notebook and start to cause all emotions under the list, but you have only one time for every emotion. Because it is possible to enter into your favorite emotion “anger” so much that it will not be possible to save from it before arrival for work. Practice more with positive emotions.

3. Learn to replace one emotion with other. You had any undesirable emotion, immediately advance it (you have already learnt to do it). Then cause other emotion (calmness, pleasures, tranquility). What was received? You have replaced one emotion with other. Let’s say you go in the same bus, and you are pushed again with some lady and she looks at you, it is interesting to her interestingly how you will be angry. And you for some time have as though mused and suddenly smile to her. Everybody is happy; everybody has saved the health and immunity.

The resulted practice is quite possible. After all, in a flash the person can feel only one emotion or one feeling! Someone can object that the person can feel simultaneously both fear, and hatred, and shame. But it is not absolutely so. Simply the person slides from one emotion to other, switching them on by turns. This is very important circumstance thanks to which you can replace one emotion with other!

4. Try how it is possible to keep longer at yourself emotion of calm, easy pleasure! It is the basic emotion for happiness and health, it is very important to learn to cause and keep it!

5. Thoughts and emotions are in unity! Attentively observe yourself. Learn to notice what thought has caused strong emotion, this is very important ability. Then you learn not to suppose to yourself undesirable thoughts! Then there will not be pathogenic emotions.

Executing these simple exercises, you will introduce exclusively positive emotions in the life, and, thereby, save the health of close people and yourself!

It is almost impossible to avoid the cases when you face the how to get your ex back situation. The biggest mistake here is that people think too strong about how to get your ex back, instead of putting this whole situation in another way. This is not about how to get your ex back, really. It is about how to make it exciting again.
